Privacy
This site collects as little as possible. Your name and email only reach Sahariya when you choose to send a form, files you add to Booth Studio never leave your device, and there are no cookies or advertising trackers.
How your data is handled
UPDATED 2026-10-25- When you send an enquiry
- The contact form sends what you type (name, email, company, what you need, timing, event and message) to Sahariya's inbox through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. It also sends the first page you visited on this site and where you came from (for example a search engine or a link with a source tag), so Sahariya knows which pages bring work. Nothing is saved on this website. If sending fails, the form prepares your brief for you to send from your own email instead.
- Booth Studio HD pack
- When you ask for the HD pack in Booth Studio, your name and work email, plus company and event if you add them, go to Sahariya the same way, with a one-line summary of the booth you built (size, style and colours) and the first page you visited. They are used only to follow up about your booth. The pictures and video are made in your browser and download straight to your device.
- Logos, print files and photos
- Logos, panel artwork and photos you add to Booth Studio are read and drawn in your browser. They are never uploaded to this site or sent with a form. Share links only carry the text, colours, size and style of the booth, never your files.
- What your browser keeps
- While a tab is open, your browser keeps a few small notes for that visit only: the first page you visited, a booth brief handed to the contact form, whether you already asked for the HD pack, and notes you closed. They disappear when you close the tab. Booth Studio's "Continue your last booth" keeps your last booth (its settings and the files you added) in this browser only, so you can pick up where you left off. Press Start fresh in Booth Studio, or clear this site's data in your browser settings, to remove it.
- Visitor statistics and hosting
- The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles each page request (including your IP address) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and page views without cookies, so Sahariya can see which pages are read. No other analytics or advertising services are used.
- Your choices
- To ask what Sahariya holds about you, or to have your enquiry removed, write to infosahariyaislam@gmail.com. Enquiry and HD pack emails are deleted after 24 months if no project follows. The person responsible for your data is Sahariya Studio, run by Sahariya Islam, Bangladesh.
