10 x 10 trade show booth design

The 10 x 10 ft inline booth is the most common booth at trade shows, and the hardest to stand out in. With one back wall and a small footprint, every square foot of graphics has to work, and the message has to read from the aisle in seconds.

Layouts that work

LAYOUT IDEAS
  • Full back wall and counter

A graphic wall across the full 10 ft with a counter to one side. It gives the most brand surface and keeps the front open for conversation.

  • Curved pop-up backdrop

A curved fabric wall softens the corners and looks more premium, and packs into a single case for travel.

  • Back wall with one accent piece

Add a roll-up banner or a slim tower instead of a second counter. One extra piece is usually enough in this space.

Design tips

WHAT TENDS TO WORK
  1. Put the logo and headline in the top third of the back wall. Tables, people and counters hide everything below about 3 ft.
  2. Keep the main message under eight words. Visitors read it while walking, not standing still.
  3. Leave real empty space around the message. A crowded wall is skipped.
  4. Use the counter front for the logo or a single short line, not paragraphs.
  5. Use strong contrast between text and background, especially under flat hall lighting.
  6. If you use a QR code, place it at eye level near the counter, with a short reason to scan.
